Drink Beer

Project Description

The project required the designer's fluency to use visual language. We needed to use these skills to create meaning and understanding from the complex world of information that surrounds us. We needed to find an actual brand company and redesign its brand. We needed to do a lot of research to find some appropriate brands on the street that we thought we could design better, and I needed to redesign its brand and visual system. I wanted to express the casual feel of a street bar. I added some retro elements, like 80s America.

Drink Beer

Project Concept

I redesigned the brand for the Old Kan Beer bar in San Francisco. This included creating a logo, menu, web pages, app, and food packagings. I used brown as the theme color, and orange to show its vitality and richness. I used spray paint to show the logo to let everyone know that this is very convenient and fast street food. Its snacks are plentiful and delicious. I designed a logo for the beer bar. I created posters for its chicken wings, pickles, burgers, etc., and made menus and web pages for this shop. I also made a series of packaged products. It showed that although it is a small and inconspicuous bar, it has a very wide variety of food and beer, and people can get pleasure and happiness here without spending a lot of money. This is a popular bar, and it is worth trying.
